We teach glow, not hype
Surge Core Academy started when platform mentors grew tired of slide-only Kubernetes classes. We built a studio where light-on-dark visuals mirror how engineers actually read telemetry at night—calm contrast, layered context, no fake urgency timers.

- Rehearsal beats narration—labs fail on purpose before production does.

- Mentor notes stay specific; we ban copy-paste praise templates.
