Returns & Refunds
1. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style payments for Surge Core Academy cohorts and workshops purchased directly from us. Employer-sponsored invoices may follow separate contractual terms disclosed on the purchase order.
2. Eligibility window
Individual learners may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if cohort materials have not been accessed beyond the orientation module. Access beyond that point may convert the sale to partial credit as described below.
3. Partial refunds
If you withdraw after accessing more than orientation content but before the midpoint of scheduled live sessions, you may receive a fifty percent credit toward a future cohort within twelve months. No cash refunds are offered after the midpoint except as required by law.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, shipping of physical swag, and bespoke team workshops after statement-of-work signature are non-refundable except where a vendor provides its own refund path.
5. Process
Email trust@surge-core.one with your enrollment ID, payment reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and aim to complete approved refunds within fourteen business days.
6. Method and timing
Refunds return to the original payment instrument when possible. Bank processing windows may add additional days beyond our control. Credits are tracked internally and cannot be transferred to another person without written approval.
7. Cancellations by us and consumer rights
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another start date. Japanese consumer law may provide additional rights for certain transactions; nothing in this policy limits non-waivable protections. For disputes, contact us first; if unresolved, you may pursue remedies available under the Consumer Contract Act and related regulations.
